Project Overview
This project focused on analyzing and visualizing current trends in house prices and sales. Predictive analytical models, including Decision Trees and Time Forecasting, were used to forecast future house prices. Data-driven strategies based on attribute analysis were implemented to improve market share for specific house titles, resulting in a 10% increase. The project also examined attributes impacting gross market sales across different departments in king county’s housing market.
